Battle ladder

Ratings per format as on Pokémon Showdown: the ladder is ranked by Elo (everyone starts at 1000, never drops below it, and an Elo above 1400 decays a little each day you don't play), shown with GXE (your chance of beating a random trainer on the ladder) and a Glicko-2 rating. Everyone starts at 1500 ± 350 Glicko-2; a rating is provisional until its deviation drops below 100. A forfeit, running out the clock or leaving counts as a loss.
